How Custom Works
We’ll start with a no-commitment call where we can better understand you, and your vision. Have a clear idea? Great! Starting from scratch? We’re here to help. We’ll iterate on your design until it is perfect.
Design, together
Once we settle on a design together, we’ll put together an estimate and timeline. A 50% deposit is required to book your spot on our calendar, with an average lead time of 6 weeks.
Estimate approval
Build begins
We’ll secure the materials for your project and get started. We love including our clients in the build process, and will constantly loop you in on the progress.
Whether your piece is dropped off, picked up or shipped, we’ll make sure your piece is safely transported and perfectly set up in its new home, with the final 50% deposit due at pickup.
