Custom Van Builds
Chariot
Chariot.
A build for Eric, his dog Biscuit, and the open road.
Sometimes our clients come to us with a specific vision in mind for their van build, and sometimes clients come to us looking to collaborate on ideas. The collaboration is always a beautiful, fruitful process, where we apply our perspective as experienced van builders and vanlifers, and marry that with the design preferences and utility needs of our clients.
That is how Chariot came to life - a collaboration between our team and our incredible client Eric.
Eric was looking for a versatile van - one that he could take around the country to adventure in national parks, but would also be able to seat friends and family if need be, and have plenty of cargo space, as he often needs to transport materials for his business.
Through careful deliberation we developed the layout and amenities that you can now find in Sky - such as a foldable two-person seat, removable bed platform, composting toilet, awning, and so much more!
It was also important that the van is comfortable for Eric’s sidekick Biscuit, so we equipped the van with a Nomadic x2 48V air conditioning unit, along with a 10kWh Ecoflow Power System. And of course we had to give Biscuit a hidden dining area as well!
We’re so happy with how this van came out, and are excited to see where this van takes Eric and Biscuit!
